What is a Vegan?

Veganism is a lifestyle choice which seeks to exclude any form of exploitation and cruelty to animals for clothing, food or any other products. Alternatively, the lifestyle promotes the use of animal-free substitution which benefits animals, humans, as well as the environment.

A vegan’s diet consists of only plant derived foods including vegetable, grains, nuts and fruits. Vegans avoid eating meat, poultry, eggs, fish, seafood, dairy and bee products.

Vegans pay extra attention to products from clothing, to make up to toiletries. More products have been tested on animals then what we know. Therefore, there are vegan certifications and we can proudly say that we have been certified by the Vegan Society.
